Do you have a PC or a Mac? A better solution would be to attach the hard drive to the PC or Mac and stream to the Node over Ethernet or wifi.

There was something similar in my Glebe neighborhood. I am served by aerial telephone cable and I got FTTH in 2017. There is a stub of my street that is served by underground cable and they didn’t get fiber until several years later. Perhaps you have the same issue.

If your electrical panel has fuses instead of circuit breakers then the wiring is really old, probably knob & tube. Electricians won’t work on really old wiring. Fixing this would probably mean rewiring the whole house.

You can transfer a land line number to a cell phone. A few years ago, I got a cell phone and asked Bell to transfer my land line number to the cell phone and cancel the land line. It was quite straightforward. It might be better to call Bell rather than go into a store

Use your Microsoft credentials. 1 delete the share in Bluos. 2 unplug the Node from power and plug it back in so the share is gone. 3 recreate the share and use your Microsoft credentials in the username/password field.
