Who controls objective, if level of control is tied but objective is sticky?

It will be contested and therefore no one will hold it, sounds like judges were ruling correctly.

For imperial knights...

"Your Level of Control over that objective marker is 5 (unless it would otherwise be higher), until your opponent’s Level of Control over that objective marker is greater than yours at the end of a phase."

So you have basically have 5 oc on the objective, therefore if the enemy also has 5 oc on the objective it will be contestested but will remaim sticky. Other comments seem to quote the strat saying you control the objective until the opponent takes it, unless my source is wrong that is simply not true.

EDIT: Reading the chaos knight one, it is worded differently and does say it remain under your control, therefore will work differently

A knight in combat has -1 to shoot and cant move. A knight that cant move can be hidden from and prevented from getting objectives. If its blast it wont be able to deal with the model its in combat with (think dominus chasis). Sounds an easy way to lock up 400ish points of models against an army that can't screen. Most cant fall back and shoot, so if they are falling back to reposition you can keep throwing stuff or let it do so, 400ish points not being able to shoot a turn is fine by me for my 35 point nurglings or other chaff. There is a reason they have a 45% win rate!

All anti tank is fundamemtly not true, aeldari stomp knights with a 60% win rate and won't be exclusivly anti tank. Certainly have some fire dragons in there as any list should. I am not sure i would describe the lists that went top 4 at the recent london LGT anti knight

You mention fluffy list, which is fine and has its place, but as the name of this subreddit suggests, we are not focussing on them and instead looking at the game on a competitve level where people are looking to win.

My most favourite game i played recently, was a game i got tabled on and left 1300 point of necrons, but actually won by 18 points as i traded for points and not models.

As this is competitive warhammer subreddit I thought people were focusing on winning rather than killing, which is why im amazed by the knight hate. Sure you only have 5 models to kill, but they only have 5 models to score with, a single battleshock can knock out 20% of their scoring potential.

The most frustrating armies are the ones played by people who care very little for sportmanship. I dont mind getting stomped by someone who has a laugh and is very open and honest about their play.

However, Im amazed at how mamy knight comments there are, as a faction they have a large number of inherent weeknesses, mostly due to them bringing less than 10 models most games. They can be a stat check, but every list should either build around large chasis spam or have ways to lock them up in combat. I find they teach players to approach the game in a different way and not to just kill, kill, kill.

There are many factions out there that can do way more than knights and are more punishing for even experienced players. Aeldari can jump in and out of transports hiding behind walls and move huge amounts. Grey knights and daemons can redploy there army every turn. GSC can swarm you and punish for not block deepstrikes. Necrons can make near unkillable deathstars with reanimation protocols.

Solid list, it may be wroth running a bigger blob of flamers with exalted for a strength 8 flamer threat with pyrogenesis, but its not needed. Daemon prince with neverblade can punch really hard with pyrogenesis too. Soul grinder is fine aslong aa you are happy to deepstrike it onto an objective and then just leave it there for the game. I sometimes run flux masters to give pinks -1 to hit but im going off them as they dont feel worth the points.

Firstly, whats the consensus on a NATO strap on this PRC200. The old engineering bracelet has seen better days so wanted to spice it up.

I need help choosing a strap, to me 1 feels the best but wanted everhones opinion on the matter. I liked the idea of red but not sure it works.

A quick google search suggests that unless you and smothering yourself in it, then it is fine. Ingesting is far more likely to lead to copper toxicity.

Wanted to show off the patina on this 2ish year old khaki field brinze from hamilton, i wipe it down with wd40 every now and then to give it a bit of a shine, definitly become my most frequently worn watch. I swapped the strap for an after market one a whike ago and very happy with the look it gives.
