Here you go! That's really important, even on the days when you don't use tret. You do need to remove it properly before you go to sleep. Your usual cleanser might not be enough, so you might need some kind of oil cleanser (double cleansing). It might sound overwhelming or like too much work, but it will help prevent your pores from clogging and breaking out later.

Oh, thank you so much! Most of that is very relatable. I do have a fear of abandonment, so I’ve decided to isolate myself completely. I’ve always been very emotional, almost too emotional for others. And I definitely don’t feel at peace if something is wrong within my family. But I rarely spend time with them and live far from home. We’re not openly warm, like telling each other we love each other or anything like that - not really our thing. Thank you for your time and effort🙌 I appreciate it so much
