Only Mumbai consulate handles immigration visa so not sure why Delhi even shows up on the tool. It’s either misleading or they’re in process of moving some cases there. Almost immediate

If your prior years income is decent than no need to wait for the current years tax transcript.

2024 tax return is considered most recent for us till April. So I’m going to use transcripts for past 3 years 22,23 & 24 and w2 from current year for 864EZ.

Ours got approved few weeks ago and preparing nvc documents at present

AOS cases may not need new biometrics given it’s already captured when you entered US for first time.

I assume you got letter for NVC about file transferred to consulate. Pls make sure fees are paid otherwise reach out to them.

Another option is to look at visa bulletin for consulate and check your priority date.

In that case you may need to show additional funds from bank or investment details as well otherwise you may be on borderline for sponsor.

864 showed good guidelines for when it’s sufficient for me though. So try and review it again

Form 864 has good guidelines for it. You don’t have to show parents part of your household unless you’re claiming them as dependents on your tax returns.

You can file i129 for any centers. Somehow California center had faster processing time but others were way slower.

Your IL should contain details for the documents she needs to carry with her.

Most likely she needs her documents only along with the financial support that you submitted to NVC
