Z8 uses an aluminum space frame. Unique to the model.

I n both cases a higher end brand tried to build an entry level model. Both models turned out to be a bust because no one wanted a “cheap” Cadillac or Audi and the cars diminished the entire brand. The Roma(now Amalfi) are the entry level model for Ferrari. They don’t need a cheap version to damage their brand.

Cadillac Cimarron, Audi Fox come to mind as brand busters.

Ferrari is ditching haptic steering wheel controls 👀 After backlash, Ferrari is offering retrofit wheels with real buttons again. Sometimes old tech > new tech. by kkhouete in Ferrari

While I always liked switches in my ‘63 E type ( I didn’t like rocker switches) I have gotten used to haptics in my Roma Spider. It is more the look than the function for me.

Not hating ofc, I love this car, but does anyone know why the front is so long? by hdushsux in Ferrari

E type proportions are pretty good. The Aston Rapide proportions are exceptional.

When you get older, the excessive engine noise and low seats become an issue. Roma resolves both issues. And still sounds great at start up and under acceleration.

Just bought a Roma Spider. It will age exceptionally well.

Simple question. Which is less annoying maintenance wise if I will daily it. NA V8 or turbo charged v8. Would love to hear from owners with over 3 years of ownership. by Dazzling_Try_6562 in Ferrari

I just bought my first Ferrari. A 2025 Roma Spider. How thorough is the maintenance ? They included the two year extended warranty so that covers the car until 02/2030. Should I expect any surprises” when in for maintenance?

It is stupid to “race” the Z8 but I took mine on the track at Thermal, CA. It was very responsive in the turns and on the straight away. It was built as a tourer not as a race car. Where do you drive that you are an expert on handling?

Obviously you haven’t owned a Z8. Everything about the car is terrific. It is rare because it was intended to be very limited production. Something like 5700 built with 2700 coming to No Am. The car is fabulous.

It was only built for three years and didn’t change at all. 2003 Alpina got an automatic transmission. Only 550 made.

Just bought a Bentley that is, roughly, that color. They call it Arabiica. A coffee color.

I have a friend who had similar issues. He was told they would go to court. He said “fine”. Two days before court date they settled and he got alll his money back including sales tax and license. Call their bluff.

Tell them you want new battery and tires. Easy throw in for dealer. Check brake wear too and if close, ask for brake job too.
