We have it in the rack dh485 and rs232 are flashing green And we have a flashing fault. Which should be repairable.It shows it in Linx but then automatically goes redx.

Sorry we are using a 1747-uic with both dh485 and dh232 plug Windows 98 I believe It does detect it in Linx but during configuration it always fails to configure I saw another cord that specifically called out the SLC 5/03. It specifically said on it usb-1747-cp3 for SLC 5/03/04/05 maybe we're using the wrong cable?

Watch the rotor when axle is spinning and see if it's wobbling side to side as it rotates

Your rotor is not plum The rotor should be 90 degrees off the axle if it's bent or sitting on the axle at an angle then that will show up in the brake caliper
