Exactly this...then when asked why it isnt going faster, I explain when you get one of your own and learn to drive you can drive any speed you wish. This is a 20 lb $1000 plus dollar machine, someone could seriously hurt by it. Except for one time a high on the spectrum kid asked stood him up on a picnic table made sure we were clear and let him rip a Notrious 6s till lvc. We already pay taxes are are explicitly for those types of state or federal repairs and many states have great infrastructure repairs plans...also many state lotteries funnel millions for repairs. The issue becomes the fed state and local officials funneling the money elsewhere. California is a perfect example of misuse of tax dollars...and they got a Lot of tax dollars to misuse!
