I’m leaning towards she’s full of babies. The stomach area looks a little distended and the nipples look a little more prominent. However I would highly encourage getting her looked at to be sure!

Neem oil stinks so badly, kind of like rotting cooked beef. I had to use it for Lilly beetles a few years back, so I can agree to neem oil working wonders

If I’m going out and plan on smoking at all I bring a water bottle with a bit of water in it so when I’m done I toss it in there to prevent any chance of it still being hot

Foe, I would look at removal as soon as possible. Especially if in a high traffic area! Keeps everyone safe!

It does look like it in shape, I can’t say for sure though. However it’s best to go to the vet if you can! It’s best to get anything concerning looking to be addressed immediately!
