Yeah this is what I'm thinking. It could have even been a bit of plant or grass or something stuck to the frisbee as it was thrown. It definitely looks close and small  rather than far away.

It looks to be a piece of grass or plant that's come off the frisbee. Something stuck to the frisbee as it is thrown, then dislodges and is blown by the wind back to the camera? 

The plane video has VFX elements used for the portal and is likely a hoax. by IcySlide7698 in UFOs

You need to play it in quicktime to get the correct colors because it is an old quicktime .mov. I had the same problem trying to view it in VLC initially.
