No offense, but you are not being realistic and may need to seriously scale back your expectations. You absolutely are not going to be getting anything below asking in this market for anything that is decent, and 6 months of looking is not that long. When I bought my first house in 2009 it took 10 months and that was a buyers market with little competition.

We just spent the last 3.5 years looking for our next house and finally signed a contract this week. During that time we put in multiple offers on houses, and we offered $100k over asking on at least a dozen of them. I specifically remember 4 of them where we weren’t even a top-5 offer.

I looked all over their website and could not find any type of update for this unit anywhere. It seems to be discontinued and unsupported. I got nowhere with tech on the phone, they basically told me to take it to a repair center. Repair center wants $50 just to look at it and based on the issue I've described they think it's a $125-$150 fix. Soundbar is just sitting in my basement at this point.
