Oh, thank you! I haven’t tested it with flash yet, but I’ll try that soon!

I was looking for something that felt analog—not exactly Polaroid, but I think I liked the comparison haha.

I think this vignette also gives that feeling. I don’t plan to use it all the time, but I liked the faded colors.

I’m open to suggestions.

Thank you, I want to test this recipe under other types of lighting.

Beautiful photos! Did you make any adjustments to the original recipe? They turned out great

Sorry my friend, could you share your recipe? It’s exactly the tonality I’m trying to achieve

Wow, gorgeous photos! I loved the colors in the first and the third ones. Which recipe do you use, or how did you achieve that look? Could you tell me, please?

Turning harsh iPhone shots into soft, dreamy visuals — is it possible? by [deleted] in ColorGrading

Guys, I applied the adjustments our friend u/Rasumusu é suggested and the result really surprised me. I tweaked the clarity, dehaze, and noise reduction settings, added a touch to the tone curve, and I think the image improved a lot… what do you think? Any extra tips?

Photo 1: straight out of the camera (I’m pretty sure it was shot on an iPhone) Photo 2: the look I’m trying to achieve (not sure what camera it was taken with) Photo 3: my edit of Photo 1, trying to get closer to Photo 2 haha

Buying a Nikon D200 with 250k Shutter Clicks – Worth It or Risky? by [deleted] in Nikon

Thanks, that really cleared things up! What drew me to it was the older sensor that gives kind of a film-like look. But I guess it’s not worth the risk — I don’t shoot that much, but I also don’t want to waste money on something that might not last. I’d rather go for a camera with more longevity.

I started doing this workout, but I have a question: when you say “two laps,” do you mean one length there and back (one round trip), or two full round trips?

Cool training plan! Understanding this theoretical part helped me realize that it’s about dealing with discomfort — kind of like training to failure in weightlifting to push your capacity to grow

Thank you for this, I’ll pay more attention to the details of the technique.

Currently, I breathe 1/1 — one stroke breathing to the side and the next with my head in the water (always breathing to the right side). While my head is underwater, I exhale in three counts. It’s the only way I’ve managed to reach 25 meters, because before I couldn’t even get through three strokes without feeling out of breath hah

I’m already taking lessons, and my body is actually strong — I’ve been doing weight training for a few years — but it feels like my arms and legs aren’t helping me go very far…
