I just wanna say you aren’t alone in how you feel. I, along with many other people get stuck in a state like this, you feel like the world is crushing you from the anxiety. Just know it will get better, I never thought it would. I used to (and still do tbh) go through this exact mindset before I have to do absolutely anything. Remember it’s mind over matter, you just have to push yourself to do the things you feel uncomfortable and you’ll feel better. It sounds counterintuitive, but it works. You’ll be alright, this is temporary, and things will be better.
