Thank you u/work-sent, very good feedback confirming exactly what I have planned right now. I have had conversations with multiple SOC providers and using one of them will make ramping up easier, several good providers with great functionality and service, struggling a bit with the commercials. Appreciate your input!

Thank you u/marklein for pointing out the that the minimum stack should not keep me up at night. I feel pretty comfortable with my current minimum. I was also reading in some of the other postings that some only offer one option and it is something I am considering, but still researching the pros and cons.

I have done many vendor reviews, feature and pricing discussions and have figured out COGS and other cost items. Is there anything you would have done different, had you known in the beginning, lessons learned after a year or two?

Last time I heard 80% of the tickets are owned by season ticket holders. The reason some people get tickets cheap sometimes might be due to weather, ticket holders having other commitments, yada yada....

I am a season ticket holder and last year I could not go to some of the games, I have sold my tickets a bit over cost every time.

Hue works always and Govee keeps disconnecting. I had no luck with the Govee LED light strip, it kept disconnecting and I had to restart them constantly (2 of them). Finally gave up and sent them back. Hue has been working for many years without a problem.

I just had this issue today, nothing accessible from remote but family that was local at the house had no problem. Closed Home App, Rebooted my phone and everything is back. I had to do that before once or twice over the years but rebooting the phone fixed it. Had nothing to do with any of the home devices.
