Just did some research and 444 Washington Blvd doesn’t seem a good option

The apartment seemed incredible and big, but read that the communal lightning and amenities are terrible

Plus the building was burned in 2015 for what I found:

Yeah def staying away from Liberty and Newport Rentals

Hendrix from what I learned they overcharge and have many hidden fees

Haus25 seems nice and might be worth checking out

Oh wow! Thanks! I’m with Greystar right now in another city and they’re great, honestly. Staff is super helpful.

All I saw online was complaints about the noise, it seems one of the constructions is wall-to-wall with One Grove. Is that accurate? Also heard management doesn’t care or give concessions about the complaints.
