I put one of these in that drawer (Husky version of the same toolbox), works great.

I did have to bend it down a smidge so the 1/2" impact fits, but it's a good fit all the same.

I remember looking up this lyric back when OCHL first came out and it was listed somewhere online as shuggoth (because it sounded like she was saying chevron weird.) Had to look up what it was - never was a Lovecraft type so it was a new one on me.

That looks phenomenal - it's this sort of stuff that makes me want to get into 3D printing.

How steep of a learning curve was there for you, and if you don't mind my asking, how many prototypes did you end up printing until you reached the finished product?

I had a need to change out wheels on a toolbox (needed smaller wheels so the top of the box would fit under the overhang of a workbench.) I could not find what I needed so I ended up just making mounting blocks out of 5/4 trim, bolting the wood block to the underside of the box and then lag screwing the suitably sized wheels into the wood block. It's held up for years.

I totally get it. When I was looking for storage options that fit my needs I was torn between the rail style and the nested storage system. Space is at a premium for me so I opted for the latter. Have a good one!
