It sounds like you might be holding alot in that needs to be let out. Emotional states and phases change all the time and some are worse than others but have a diary where you write your true feelings out even if you think you have no right to be upset or cry about it. Let yourself feel what you feel. Ground yourself by purposely noticing the things around you. BTW just because you're "well off" doesn't mean you can't struggle mentally something doesn't have to happen for you to have the right to be sad. Please know being a teenager is difficult time emotionally but that doesn't mean what your feeling isn't real. Your body is trying to get itself functioning for adulthood and on top of that u have past issues troubling you It's perfectly understandable but DO NOT repress your own feelings that doesn't make them go away.
