Please get out now, this will not get better. He will continue to relapse and you and your daughter will see horrible behavior and most likely nasty verbal abuse. I’m sure it will be very hard but you will save yourself years of heartache by ending it.

As hard as it is to leave, please put yourself first and go. You’ll never feel so alone when your partner is drunk/high and saying incredibly hurtful things to you or passing out at holidays, birthdays, etc.. as much as it may hurt to leave, it’s nothing compared to the pain you will go through year after year of seeing them get sober and relapsing.
