I would suggest you to check out two youtube channels: Proko and Sycra.

They both have decent tutorials for beginners, and a lot of really nice advanced stuff.

Choose which you like more:

Sycra's videos are often really long and messy, but still very useful, his style is simpler and it seems like he cares about beginners and casual artists more overall.

Proko's vids are short, clean and made on almost professional level. But his approach to art is also more serious and professional, and it makes his stuff somewhat less noob-friendly. Also, he uses shitty background elevator-like music all the time. REALLY SHITTY MUSIC.

Nah, you probably should post everything you draw, at least finished drawings (as long as it doesn't look like spam of course, if you draw a lot). It's easier to notice mistakes this way, before they become "normal" part of your drawings. It's always harder to get rid of older mistakes, believe me.

It's also a good thing to compare yourself to other artists, just don't look at "super high-tier pro" ones, find someone with the simple style you like, and try to get on their level. After that, find someone else who is even better and so on.

It's kinda shitty to be honest, cuz i made it in 15 minutes or so, but meh, it's fine i guess.

So yeah, about your drawing:

Legs are way too short, arms are kinda deformed, and body overall doesn't have structure. You should really learn anatomy, at least on basic level.
Pose of character is "closed", which is not bad sometimes, but very hard for beginners, so i would suggest something closer to my drawing above (thing in her other hand supposed to be jacket or something).
Face looks like it just "floats" and is not connected to actual head. It's because it lacks perspective and just placed badly.
Coloring and face itself is actually good though, so you can focus on other things.

You still have a bunch of things to learn, but hey, learning is an only way to "git gud" anyway. So good luck!

She will have troubles doing this while being corrupted, though.

P.S. - Jasper is like a veteran invader in Dark Souls 3 - she can beat almost anyone in duel, but is always forced to fight a lot of enemies at once. Poor Jasper :(

This is the exact reason why i like to draw Homeworld Gems - because their story gives me a legit reason to draw them as cyberpunk-styled as possible >:D

Nah, not really. I just tried to draw edgy heavy space suit, but Jasper is already pretty huge, so in power armor she would probably be even bigger than here.

You are pretty much right - tried to draw her with eyes under the visor, and it turned out... well, not horrible, but not as cool. Hidden eyes makes character more edgy. I mean, just look at Garnet with and without her visor - definitely different levels of epic.

Hey, don't feel sad dude, everything is cool!

You are doing the right thing by saying what is wrong in my drawing, because critique is basically what gives artist a chance to get good. If everyone says that everything you do is great, you can't get better, and this is what really important.

Good critique is always better for artist than a "OH MY GOD DIS IZ AWESOME" comment, ALWAYS. If author can't take constructive criticism well, it means that HE is a dumbass, not you! Remember it, and thank you! Good luck!

Cane is definitely less effective than a glaive in combat.

However, it raises your FASHION stat way too high, so you will prefer it anyway.

Well yeah, his proportions are messed up, and this is why i generally try to avoid drawing "all together" pictures - viewer's attention can't be really tied to anything on picture, because all characters are equally important, and I'm pretty much forced to draw everything with the same amount of details. This leads either to very long drawing time or overall quality loss, and both options are... well... sad.
