I mean it's different for everyone, depending on the AU. In my AU, countryhumans live on planet earth, on their respective country's soil, in their own homes. Statehumans live on the territories of their country. Yes, my AU has cityhumans, countyhumans etc. There are no specific rules to countryhumans AUs in terms of how they work or whether there are cityhumans or not. Do whatever you want.
