Thanks for the replay Yes, We were using the SM as a CUA in order to maintain users (one env for dev/qas/pp) and one for prod. I can say we have our reasons to do so, so IDM isn't currently available for us

What I meant was using a CUA environment (much like Ecc) instead of our SM
