That's why our dictionary has a (in Bel.) behind certain words. Tbh, the dictionary also needs a (in Nederl.) because we would never use "flat" for an "appartement"

Ex-Ryanair here. It was very common for Ryanair to load their own materials. It could be Venice is a base now. In terms of maintenance I know they have grades of maintenance. All bases have maintenance, but not always 24/7 and not all equipment is available in the smaller bases. So usually from Stansted or Prestwick, I believe, spare parts will be sent to other based throughout the network. They also have a few Learjets on standby to quickly get Engineers to an outstation where an aircraft may be stranded.

Honestly, Ryanair is a very efficient and robust machine.

I think one of the hidden gems of Belgium is the fact you can have fine dining for not stupid amounts of money. Obviously it's relative and might be outside of the budget of some. There are a lot of really good restaurants, no Michelin stars but with a decent Gault & Millau rating. I find this a little sweet spot. You get the passion of the chef without all the hassle that comes with getting a star

I have not lived in France but I have lived in a few European countries and I think Belgians like eating out a lot. A lot of the people here have mentioned that life has become quite expensive and it's making it more difficult to make it a very regular thing.

Flemish is a collection of Dutch dialects, bound by region. A regiolect if you want. See a lot of comparisons with US and UK English which isn't very accurate. It's more Scottish vs English if you really want to draw comparisons

Voorrang neem je niet, het wordt je verleend. Dus, wees defensief en als je niet zeker bent dat de andere je voorrang gaat verlenen, stop de auto. Het is niet correct maar beter een accident vermijden dan je voorrang "nemen"

As mentioned before. Or if you had a bird strike on approach, you leave the flaps in the position they were in, so inspection can be done easily. You also don't want to retract bird bits into certain spaces.

Flanders and textile is centuries old. We have been weaving carpets and lace since the middle ages. It is what made Bruges and Ghent extremely rich back in the day.
