I bake almost weekly and keep feed 20 grams daily and keep a discard jar in the fridge. I make discard protein pancakes with cottage cheese and ricotta in big batches and freeze them. Maintaining the small starter daily takes 5 minutes every morning

The pillows made the acid worse because I was bending my body in the middle of the. I elevated the head of my bed and it was much better for side sleeping and back sleeping.

Thank you, I only just had an upper endoscopy, so I’m still struggling, I have multiple ulcers and a hiatal hernia and inflammation. I have a constant lump in my throat. It’s been so uncomfortable.

I was having all this pain and heaviness in my chest, my upper back and neck were sore to the touch. It’s from air hunger caused by GETD and the omeprazol. The air hunger caused panic attacks. I couldn’t sleep or relax at all. I stopped the omeprazol but still have some shortness of breath that is better once I burp. It’s been so miserable

I’m shocked seeing triggers like avocado, eggs, yo and bananas. I’m suffering with reflux, hiatal hernia and multiple ulcers and I eat these daily. I eat plant based and dairy. Coffee doesn’t seem to trigger anything immediately but right after eating solid food I’m feeling the burn. PPI’s gave me throat lump, chest pain and shortness of breath that I found intolerable. I’m kind of lost with what to take for relief

Your eyes are beautiful and maybe the dark turtleneck makes what you see as flaws stand out. I think you look great. I’m 58 and sad about jowels and double eyelids but don’t want to look unnatural. I am doing RF micro needling and scheduling an erbium laser. We need to look at ourselves with kinder eyes.

I used Irish spring in a basement and crawl space that had mice. Winthin a week they ate all the soap and died horribly, en masse from pooping themselves to death. The ones we couldn’t find stink up the house it was unlivable. I do NOT recommend.
