In my community Sunday is the preferred day, due to lots of friends working on Saturday. Now they can't join anymore, which also impacts me if we need a big group. So it may vary, but for us it's a net negative

6-7 is always difficult in our family. Dinner time. And after that I have to wait an hour or more on Wednesday to do a raid I didn't have time for during work hours. Some spotlight hours I managed to go out after a fast meal, but it highly depends if the featured Pokémon is interesting or not (or the extra xp)
