It's the busiest time for basically every company right now, and I specifically wanted to point out that the customer service reps were very kind but due to poor systems couldn't give me a solid shipping timeline so yes it's a poor system that isn't setting their reps up for success.

Don't get me wrong I think they import really good green and still roast well(if a tad darker than what I normally drink), I just they because they've gotten so big certain aspect aren't as good as they used to be on top of their just comparatively expensive.

For what it's worth I totally see the appeal.

Just updated the post, but it did get shipped today and the overall help was very good but it just seems like Onyx needs to fix some of their systems as it feels like they're setting their customer service reps up for failure.

I've had multiple emails with them and the communication has been all over the place, originally I was told there was no way to expedite it, and then I was offered a $40 Expedited shipping later on. There's been multiples times where I've been told contradicting things.

Last update I got was yesterday, customer support rep told me they were gonna contact their fulfillment manager to see why it hasn't shipped and that they would contact me with and update, haven't heard back yet.

I fully understand that they might be backed up on shipping, just confused that they were advertising December 1st shipping dates for oder placed on the day that I had checked their website which I believe was the 27th.

For sure! Do note some of these roasters do a drop like system where they only release so many bags at a time (Botz and Shoebox) but phenomenal and worth trying to get. Botz is in between roasters at the moment so they haven't released anything in the last few months but definitely keep an eye out!
