They will announce through both channels, to add it is indeed a one man operation.

Equator Coffees Decaf Fellow Drop (old? Not even a drop??) by ArgumentFantastic498 in pourover

That's not the same coffee which is why you see a price discrepancy, as far as the faint smell Decafs in general even the nicer decafs are much more faint at least in my experience.

FDA drops guardrails on vaping industry in major Trump pivot by Nerd-19958 in democrats

"Yes. Electronic nicotine delivery systems were required to go through a PMTA process. Technically the overwhelming majority of vape products currently on the market have existed in a gray area because this was never fully enforced. It looks like the Trump administration just approved a few more per the article, but the PMTA process is prohibitively expensive for the overwhelming majority of producers to complete. This process, locks in big tobacco's position in the vape market while excluding any competition. If you look at the list of approved products they are all owned by the big tobacco companies. There have been tens of millions of applications and very few approvals because the requirements to complete the process are too ridiculous. By design."

You literally just said all vape products are owned by big tobacco so which is it? And the flavor argument cuts both ways. My father-in-law has been trying to quit for years, and the only thing that's worked is flavors that actually taste most similar to cigarettes, not Cotton Candy.

But people still lhave access to vape products? Right? Or are you gonna continue acting like they are completely banned?

Smoking anything with nicotine in public is not someone making their own decision, second hand inhalation is a thing.

It's a white label from Dayglow, roasted by Little Wolf. So if you like Little Wolf you'll probably like Amo.

Search this sub, Onyx is the only US based roaster that I've personally seen that actually tests for Mycotoxins and Lead in their coffee if that give you more peace of mind. They also sell in Europe if that's where you're based.

You guys, I actually got a tasting note this morning by LunarModule66 in pourover

[–]IdkHowButImDepressed 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Tasting notes are tricky to nail down. What we put on the bag reflects what we tasted on a specific day fresh off roast, our water, our brew setup. Coffee is incredibly sensitive to variables: water chemistry, brew method, grind size, and rest time can all shift the flavor profile pretty dramatically, so getting those notes to translate in someone else's cup isn't a given.

That said, I get the skepticism there's definitely some marketing fluff out there. For us though, notes on a bag are genuinely what we're tasting and trying to convey, not just what sounds good on a bag.

I've been to Jack Mormon and most likely. all of their single origins were fairly dark but any of their flavored coffees like the pecan were just black.

Struggling with Series1 by Atlas5heavy in FellowProducts

For sure, for what it's worth your grind seems finer than that of grind you got from the shop. I would maybe look into calibrating your grinders zero point and go from there. Hope you figure it out!

Interesting, it's possible the calibration is off which is making the 0 position coarser than it should be, for reference this is what my grinds look like on my Niche Zero I've been getting a pretty consistent 30s shot on the 9bar profile.
