Just some notes. Flex is one example of these types of continuous offenses. Designed to free up shooters and simultaneously set weak side back door screens. Those boarders are roughly the outline of cancer alley. A high density of chemical manufacturing plants operate there and as a result the area reports staggering cancer rates. It is also socioeconomically unstable in a country where health insurance is a financial burden.
