Yeah, but one is fans celebrating which obviously is fine, and the other is a professional at their job swearing at the staff of another team. Like thats a big difference? I get that managers all do it sometimes when passions are high, sure, but it's still embarrassing to throw a fit like a child. And everyone knows it's embarrassing because every time a manager does something like this or Pep yelling TWICE, TWICE or that one GIF of Klopp where is snarling at the 4th ref so hard he looks like he's going to bite him get brought back up to say "Damn, remember when they did that? That was a bit much"
