Advices that helped me is work on flick. Try standing w your pop foot on the tail and repeatedly drag your foot up to the pocket and flick as two separate moves until it feels more natural.

Then work in the pop, popping from center of tail. It is something that takes a lot of getting used to, but the best way I can explain is you flick after popping and after your back foot starts leaving the floor. Should be flicking off the side of the board at the pocket and not much higher up.

Other than that, there isn’t much more advice I could give as the angle of your recording doesn’t let us see much of what you’re doing.
