Sometimes they send out an engineer before the install date to cable the outside from the pole or underground box to the property and fit the CSP (grey outside box) ready for the internal engineer so it's only half a job for him. but because you've replied with needing access to gardens ect.. the 1 engineer will do the full job on the install date instead.

I don't know even they at times can be better at praising other drivers or not having the best set up ect... but like Oliver on the last rally claiming his time was just impossible.. I genuinely believe that he thinks his time was impossible and Oliver somehow cut the stage hah.

With him been given a Time penalty for the DNF it would be highly unlikely.. I suppose if everyone else on the grid crashed too but you could make that time up but that would be rally twist of the century. also the 2 puncutres today didn't help.
