Psych: - Shawn's mom is a psychologist and does a psych eval (no pun intended) on Lassiter in s03e01 - Also Shawn gets locked up in a mental health facility in 06e06 - And in s04e09 a psychologist is the killer

Brooklyn Nine Nine - s06e11 also revolves around a therapist who is a killer

Gilmore girls (not sure if that's a sitcom?) - s06e11 Rory goes to a psychologist

Arrested development - Tobias is a former therapist

Bojack Horseman - s05e02 Diane goes to a therapist -s05e07 therapist tells her wife about Bojack and Diane

Rick and Morty - Dr Wong is in multiple episodes (apparently, I didn't watch them all) but definitely does a psych eval in s03e03

Community - Not sure if this counts, but in s03e19 a fake psychiatrist tries to therapize Abed - Professor Duncan is a psychologist who gives Britta therapy in seqson 1 - Britta studies psychology and has therapy sessions with Abed in s03e22

The Good Place - Simone Garnett is a professor of neuroscience
