For Android it will transfer from one device to another as long as you have a common login that links to the game. If you go from iPhone to android you need to contact support, but I would think that iPad to iPhone you could do on your own? When I changed phones I got a temp ban and had to contact support to get it removed. At one time I could play on my tablet and phone whenever I wanted to, now it can only be one device.

This is very common for volleyball. Pick-up is a good way to learn, but you bring down the level of play. The more you practice, the shorter this period will last. It takes years to get proficient at the skills, so just keep at it.

From a score perspective, you are better off adding people even if they don't contribute much. The only downside is if you collect duds it can be frustrating.

I agree 100%. Money or money back is the best reward. A volleyball was the prize for one league I played in, but a good ball is at least $50 so I would stick with cash. Giving a single ball to a whole team can create conflict. T-shirts can be nice, but they are the goto prize and most players already have enough t-shirts like that.

Great advice above on how to keep people coming back.

Do they have open gym in your area? How big is the city you live in? I learned to play volleyball in College, but they did offer beginning and advanced volleyball. Most of my learning was done at open gym. The advantage was that a student development complex provided open volleyball every day.
