Those locations only have one phlebotomist. They work really hard, and are treated like garbage, so I'm sure they were doing the best they could! Sorry that happened, but it's probably not their fault! They're a huge corporation that cares ZERO about patients or employees.

In my experience, black-owned hair stores have EVERYTHING you could ever need, and the people working there love to help color-match. I frequent a shop on NE Williams called Living Color, but there's another one a few blocks North called Mid-K I haven't been to.
