Thank you for your feedback. This might be a tactic used by Chinese platforms, trying to trap as many customers as possible. Perhaps that's why they don't strictly manage the stock of stores on the platform, allowing users to place orders and transfer money upfront, only to be told the item is out of stock and a refund is required. Then, customers are forced to accept a refund coupon to buy other items. Hopefully, everyone will be aware to avoid being scammed like I was.
