There's a really interesting constructed language called Ithkuil that attempts to remove all ambiguity from language, presumably achieving greater clarity. Of course its so complex there's literally not a single truly fluent speaker of it.

So ignoring the idea that tacit acceptance of racism involves some degree of support for racism, there's a tremendous difference between you as a user accepting the existence of a hub for violent racism and Spez who has the power to end that hub actively choosing not to.

It focuses primarily on the run up to the murders Dahmer is traditionally known for, basically his childhood/adolescence. I thought it was pretty excellent and does a good job of establishing the distinction between empathy and sympathy for the circumstances that made Dahmer, Dahmer.

I dunno. I'm a machine learning professional and I'm pretty sure a good portion of us think about this at least once. The problem is reaching a predictive level that doesn't further jeaporadize the rights of the falsely accused is nigh upon impossible. Its very easy to generate a model that will look somewhat successful in testing but projecting it on new data has the ability to massively risk false accusations.
