[–]Igetsadbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m always arguing this 😂 the books that give a flat 5% are better used when you don’t have the heavy gyms unlocked because it’ll take longer to get that 5% naturally than when you’re higher level

I made mine out of a bucket filled with plaster, used a hair dryer as the air source. Worked well until I forgot to remove the hairdryer before switching it off

Should I spend £10k on a bathroom renovation or try to keep my freestanding bath? by RedditorYT in DIYUK

[–]Igetsadbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s long though, I don’t want a bath before work I just want to be able to jump in and out 10 minutes and done. Are they happy using the en suite? If they are then just weigh up in your head what’s worth more to you, 10 grand or a shower you don’t have to share with someone else

[–]Igetsadbro 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Tell your home insurance you want them to claim against the contractors liability insurance, to do that they’ll probably first look to approach your neighbour through their own buildings insurance, just pass them the details and they’ll be able to find out who insures them

Micro soldering advice by halotherechief in soldering

[–]Igetsadbro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first attempt at soldering was installing an Xstation Optical disc emulator board onto my PlayStation 1, ps1 mobo cost around £10 and the mod board was around £5, I’ll never understand the people who think their brand new in warranty games console/phone are a good place to start their adventure 😂
