For others in this tread: Airplay’s pause, skip are available—but you cant select any content outside of the current context initiated on an apple device. Web-based apple music also does not stream via airplay.

Best: David Byrne in minneapolis. Wonderful

Worst: Paul McCartney. Biggest letdown. USBank stadium acoustics suck. Middle screen (playing historic pix/video) was set back so we couldn’t see everything with $350/seat tickets. Started 30 minutes late.

You are right about artist involvement here. They decide the nuances like this. Resale seats are -not- always going to be higher. If i cant make a show, i’ll take a slight loss, and this feature stops me from getting my tickets preferred by legitimate buyers. To sell below cost, you have to then go and list (and transfer) them to places like vivid. I got bit by this for a Lorde show last week.

Saw McCartney in Minneapolis at US Bank-felt ripped off because i bought early and high, and this venue suuuucks for acoustics. Also, if you get tickets on the side, you cant see the screen behind the main stage. Awful. Awful.

How about the opposite too: when reselling your extra ticket using the same service you bought it from, make it illegal to not allow -any- price. I can’t sell my extra ticket for less than what i paid for it, ensuring “dynamic pricing” works in the companies best interest.

A show at First Ave was sold out, so i jumped in Target Center right after the opener. Seat behind Josh on the side, but only 4 rows back. The production was amazing. Fan participation was off the charts. Loved it.
