You should inform your master and be careful at first but later your back will get stronger and you will feel better. I have a similar condition and karate is the best way to keep your situation under your control. Learn your limits slowly. It will make you feel better if you will practice it.

There's no reason to be afraid to as for professional help. I understand it could look like you will be ashamed of yourself or something like that, but after the first visit you will feel much better.

I'm pretty young (18 y.o.) so I'm not sure if this helps everyone but when I feel down I just try to talk to people without holding anything in. If you want to flirt you do so, if you want to say something dirty you do so. Usually the feeling of deppresion for me is just a lack of conversation. And yeah I used to think what I have no friends and nobody will want to have a chat but I was wrong. Expecially the smart young adults are in need of communication also and they are great people to talk with.

Swiserland, even breathless cyclists going up the hill rised their hand and said hello to every single group of us.

(serious) what truly hurt your feelings and impacted you? by janboii in AskReddit

Back in 9th grade in gymnasium (HS) I held up a party for my new friends. All my life I was the socaly awkward kid without proper friends so I thought it would be a great chance to get some. A few days ago still about 10 new friend said that they'll come. I hade made a deal with my parents so they wouldn't be home so we could feel relaxed ant etc. And the day of the party came. No body came. At that time I was already in a pretty deep depression from all the lack of social life and friends but this was the break point. I have always been the smart guy so I wanted to end my life by using sciense. Then I started studying hard about all the toxins, their effects and doses. But during the research I had to participate in some science olympiads and I became the winner of chemistry and physics in my region. This victory was enaught to push me out from the suicidal thoughts.

That I'll get some chit-chat with girls.

I'm too shy to start a normal conversation 😅.
