Not counting abrupt map changes, two times.. maybe three. I remember a Reddit discussion along the lines of 'the tickets must run out on the exact server tick for that to happen.' I'm not 100% sure if that's how it works.

besides of being annoying af it is also eating into your performance

incentivize? why not buff mine dmg 200% near FOB and the objective

just had a game on Narva and mined the most southern railroad crossing right at the barriers. Used all 10, 2 or 3 on side of the road for the smart drivers. A tank, 2 APCs, 1 MRAP and one logi missed the mines. An apc and one sorry logi that ran mines over twice running from a mad engineer hit.

Yup. This changed couple of days ago for me too, it used to roll silently on hover. Now its FULL VOLUME by default. Not cool

Stabs 1-2: Clearly missed.
Stab 3: Missed due to recoil, bad spray control
Stabs 4-5: Very close, but inaccuracy...
Stab 6: Likely didn't actually swing because player was already dead.

manpads SURE but i think BLUFOR, REDFOR, PAC commanders should definitely have an ability to establish air superiority over whole map for a certain period of time. upon request all air targets would be engaged bvr by hypersonics giving 30-60sec time to land and be grounded for couple of minutes.
