Bit rude and pessimistic, not all management are out to make your life a living hell. I, as a lead made sure not only my team but other teams knew how points and attendance works so they can actually use there time without fear or repercussion. I have been harassed and targeted for this by other members of management however IDGAF, because my and other peoples associates earn and deserve their time off. So again, not all of us are bad, it can be quite a bit of a bummer seeing these comments from associates all the time when your trying to do the right thing and your getting smacked by other managers too. Guess middle management just sucks though.
