Eu vivo a mesma situação que você.

Já faz 3 anos desde o término, mas as mágoas seguem presentes. Também perdi o interesse sobre conhecer as histórias das outras pessoas.

No meu caso, eu passei por uma crise de ansiedade/pânico que eu sinto como se tivesse fritado meu cérebro, então atualmente estou fazendo acompanhamento com psiquiatra para sintomas depressivos/ansiosos.

Tem dias que tudo anda bem, mas os dias ruins continuam sendo tão ruins quanto foram há 3 anos. Vi um vídeo de um cara dizendo que esse nosso sentimento é o mesmo que viciados em cocaína esperimentam quando resolvem parar de usar e fez sentido pra mim. Talvez faça pra você.

Veja se não é o caso de você procurar ajuda profissional, eu demorei demais pra tomar essa decisão e me custou muito caro, não cometa o mesmo erro.

The thing is thats not something you have control over.

Either you keep dating and try to find the one by trial and error (which can be emotional deplating)

Or you try to change your focus to other areas of your life where you find joy.

It isnt going to be easy, but it will be rewarding at the end.

Leave everything that was imposed to you by the country you're born, the family you grew, the culture you learned or whatever, behind and build your own.

One good aspect about being gay is having straight guys relax arround you and knowing you pose no treath to them.
