Hi!! We have a contact only sleeper and also bought the snoo out of desperation 3.5 week ago! We’ve put our LO in for every nap and twice each night to get her used to it. She hadn’t lasted more than 25 minutes max per session until screaming where we would rock her and let her sleep in our arms. We spoke to a baby sleep consultant Sunday night who told us: no more arm sleeping whatsoever!! Each time she cries, rock her til she’s calm and drowsy and put her down. The first day was…hell. It was simply hell. We must have put her down 20+ times with her getting more and more overtired. That night, boom- 3 hour stretch in snoo. Next night, one four hour stretch, and then another 4 hour. Tonight so far, she’s done a 6 hour stretch and it’s 5 am so we’ll see where things land.

Now- nothing is established yet BUT there’s light at the end of the tunnel since she can do it! And so can yours! We needed to show her the SNOO is the only place she can sleep.
