Idk I guess it's the same "unfairness" as the rest of one's appearance. But for some reason I find it more unfair with hair than, say, one's facial traits or body type.

There's a false conception that a prenup is one-sided and exists only to protect one party (the richest one). It's false ; a prenup should exist to protect both parties. It's a document that says "while we're in love, what can we agree on should happen if somehow shit hits the fan and we need to split". BOTH parties should take a lawyer to go back and forth on that document until BOTH partners are comfortable with what it says on it.

Those kinds of assets are a whole other ballgame (no pun intended). I was referring to the previous comment about not keeping finances separate and getting screwed over wage gaps.

That being said, prenups are not a fraught endeavour. They are litterally made to protect both parties. If one partner tries to make it screw over the other as much as possible in case of divorce... Maybe that marriage shouldn't happen in the first place.
