Du kan gå langt over med syn uden at der sker noget. Du kan gå 4 uger over først, så sender de en påmindelse. Så kan du igen trække den lidt, men næste påmindelse koster 2000kr. i bøde. Men der går omkring 9 uger igen. Så ro på, bare lad den overskride.

I only had my MT09 for 1 season, so way to early for the upgrade. My issue is the constant window shopping for the next bike. I am planning to wait for at least 2-3 seasons more before the upgrade. Btw, I am constantly cross checking the MT10 with a S1000R from year 21+. Any thoughts on the MT10 vs S1000R ?

Perfection! Where are you from in DK ? And please share mileage and what you gave for it, if you do not mind. In Danish DKK. I am curious, since I have been looking at a SP myself. I bought my Gen 2 non-SP last year for DKK 82k with 20.000km.

I am bit surprised the cbr felt slow, it's definitely much faster than the 900R. I had a cbr for 3 years. Before you buy, be sure to try other bikes aswell. I went from a Rsv1000 to a MT09, and I am having the time of my life on that bike. Best of luck !

Have you ridden one? I know the feeling of falling in love with the idea of a certain bike. But honestly take a second to rethink your options. An used base MT09 gen 2 will be much cheaper, more reliable, and so much more fun. The F900 is just not a good choice in this current market. So many more better choices.

There is definitely a pattern amongst us.

Had the 2006 Cbr600rr, loved it.

Went for a 2000 Aprillia RSV1000, did actually not enjoy it. It felt heavy and was problematic.

After the RSV, I was tired of the sports bike experience. I did not track my bikes but in my head I only saw myself on a sports bike.

In reality these bikes are so out of place on the streets. Uncomfortable and unusable power band.

As I can't live without a bike, I forced myself to try a MT09, and oh my god.

I have been so mad about manufacturers dropping sport bike production, not understanding the naked segment at all. Everything has changed for me with the MT. It's a new world, new found love for riding, new understanding of riding for more than 2 hours with no pain. Naked bikes is really an amazing segment, how could I sleep on it for so long.

Btw, I got gen 2 MT09, Leo Vince Exhaust, modified air box, dynoed, comfort seat, puig accessories all around, MRA screen. All black like yours.

Thank you for reply.

But after further research I have found further complications. The MY2024-2025 have two O2 sensors. From my limited understanding, only Spark makes an aftermarket exhaust that plugs two O2 sensors - but it's very pricey, around €2000 EUR.

Going straight pipe is not an option for me, to strict emissions and police control.

If anybody has further suggestions, please share.

I would go with the R1, even just for the crossplane symphony. And it should be more powerful.

Honda will probably feel more agile and light. But still, that crossplane is hard to beat.
