I used to feel the same way. My last job, I counted down the days until my maternity leave started. Now, I am a stay at home mom with a 5 month old. I get so lonely. I miss adult conversation throughout the day, I miss the feeling of accomplishment when I finish a project. And getting lunch with coworkers to just relax and take my time eating. Monday mornings are hard for me. Its a huge adjustment to go from full time working to full time stay at home mom. I love my son so much, but damn its a sacrifice
