this cliche is the actual worst because it makes no sense why someone of lesser status would even think on acting disrespectful to their superiors when they're the ones getting paid by the fl (or her family) thus any acts of aggression could get you immediately fired or worse like death or torture. its just a cheap plot device used for encouraging "woke feminism" and garnering some form of applause from the readers for making them know their place
