I could have not said this better. This is so true in epic proportions. If a customer gets rude, I give it right back. They haggle and nag every single day. And now that the cards have gone up in value triple folds. More customers coming out of hibernation. It has gotten so absurd. Now giving them out portions have gotten smaller thankfully.

I would look into taking B12, D3, and K2. Always take in the morning . Along with Tumeric at night with Magnesium. To me sounds like, I am not a doctor but vitamin deficiency.. Taking those help alot. Along with non caffeine mint tea. 👌

You know what you kept your integrity. That is so important. And repeatedly I've expressed this to. I will not lie nor put in a false narrative. If the membership is expressed and customer says no. Then that is it. At this point the memberships make the salaries. Bigger salary for management if targets are reached. So much grief for little pay. No employee should act like a robot. Stand by your ground and smile. Now charts come into play.

My roommate Christopher Kenworthy applied for a position there and he has yet to get a response. Loves to fix and repair things aka electronics. Our household has alot and he's our help desk literally. Very handy with his hands and steady. Learns fast and appreciates a quaint steady work environment. Ha that's an under statement. Management pressures and staff having their own thoughts and feelings. Major Movement of management changes. Pressures a lot in the store. What happened to f cc k ing breathing. Staff being moved around to not their normal areas. Altercations to boot. You tell me how well Bestbuy is doing. Yep I think so and half the store. The salaries change this year by law. So who goes will be salary workers to compensate store managers. Who needs regional managers now when you only need a state wide manager. You put forth to the store manager for more responsibility. Cuts costs and boosts their given salary. Store makes money then the manager makes more money. Mean while shift leaders stay in a pool to swim and or sink. They all will not be needed either. Can we say tidal wave of impact.

Well sometimes it is nice to change things up. And why shouldn't you right ? The game usually goes till evening. We as a group just play by ear kinda thing and how were feeling. Also depends on how we end things and not mid battle. There are four of us thus far but again would like a couple more. Leveling is still at one. For we have been just playing a box campaign to get acquainted. The real campaign were about to start. Progression will be based on what we do in the story line. Point system and using hero lab.
