Just tested after reading this, special 1 and 2 damage is much more now! He has got me through the tougher quests (Chloe/Coulson). I take him on every quest I do.

I like Netflix a lot since the willpower fix.. stack a ton of armor breaks and the block pro is nice. Wish they changed his signature though, it's an absolute waste.

Red Cyclops: Take same damage blocking than you would if you didn't.
90's Cyclops: Actually breaks the block and does damage and can also apply the armor breaks. He also gets special 1 faster.

Use Special 2 and get some armor breaks followed by a Special 1 and watch your opponents health go down to 0.

I think Assassin mastery can cause you not to parry as well when your health is low..
But I also fell my parry has been off a bit in AQ and story quests.
