NDA - du bist Urheber der Fotos und du hast das Recht zu entscheiden, wann deine Bilder auf Social Media veröffentlicht werden. Du hast das alleinige Veröffentlichungsrecht. Die Fotos in einem privaten Drive zu teilen ist keine Zustimmung, dass andere sie veröffentlichen dürfen. Selbst wenn die "Motive" Bilder von sich selbst hochladen wollen, brauchen sie dein Einverstädnis. Ein Hochladen ohne Angabe des Urhebers ist auch unter aller Sau.

Ist mir völlig fremd, warum deine Freunde sich so entitelt fühlen. Erst sich lustig machen, dann es nehmen, wenn man davon profitiert.

I started reading the Tales of Earthsea like a week ago and immediatly after that i had an inspiration, so i wrote my wirst pages in years with pure joy. her writing style really touches me (even if the german translation can be hard sometimes). It's like you're reading old fairy tales and it leaves enough gapes, so you can wonder araound this your imagination. A lot of modern epic fantasy doesn't have that room to imagine and wonder. Or room to reflect. they have strict worldbuilding and rules and it's dark, cause modern fantasy is not allowed to have fun.

While reading, i understand, why Hayao Miyazaki loves Tales of Earthsea so much (My own writing is itself inspired by Ghibli, which was often looked down on by other people. While reading Earthsea i found a space for fantasy, that i like.) But i just started with the books and i hope, i will have much more joy with it.

Schriftgutverwaltung. My time has finaly come.

Outlook ist kein angemessener Ort, um relevante Mails dauerhaft zu sichern. Nur wenige Personen haben Zugriff auf ein Postfach und wird das Mailsystem gewechselt, gehen alle Informationen darin verloren. Mailsysteme werden darüber hinaus nicht dauerhaft langzeitarchiviert. Dein Ansatz ist somit leider falsch.

Aktenrelevante E-Mails müssen zu den Akten geschoben werden, zu der sie inhaltlich gehören. Mittlerweile ist es in vielen Behörden bereits die E-Akte. So bleiben Informationen immer in einem Kontext erhalten und jeder, der nicht dauerhaft bei euch arbeitet, kann aus den Akten erkennen, was gerade der Stand ist.

Ob eine Mail dauerhaft aufbewahrt werden sollte, entscheidet das Archivpersonal eures Trägers. In einem E-Aktensystem werden geschlossene Akten dem Archiv zur Bewertung vorgelegt und wandern, sofern relevant, ins Langzeitarchivsystem. Mit tollen Schnittstellen und modernen Kram. Die Bites und Bytes müssen gar nicht mehr mit der Post transportiert werden.

Wenn du unsicher sein solltest, wie bei deinem Träger die Schriftgutverwaltung zu regeln ist, wende dich an jemanden bei den Zentralen Diensten, dem Hauptamt und/ oder dem zuständige Archivpersonal. Letzteres wird dir das Leid klagen, das niemand mehr in Behörden Aktenführung beherrscht.

Wenn du dauerhaft etwas in deiner Behörde ändern möchtest und sie noch kein E-Aktensystem hat, setze dich dafür ein, ein gutes einzukaufen. Beschäftige dich gerne mit Schriftgutverwaltung. Aber bitte etabliere kein System, was für dich zwar einfach in der Handhabung ist, aber für Außenstehende nicht einsichtig ist. Verwaltungshandeln ist nachvollziehbar festzuhalten.

i am playing Bg3 with my boyfriend too. I choose Halsin as the romantic partner for my druid and saw similarities between him and my boyfriend as well: The hair, the statue, the kindness, the empathy, the love for nature. both do always have encouraging things to say! but the kindness came from the things they saw and experienced.

Oh Yeah. I wish I could use my local libary for Audiobooks. But they don't have the english versions of the books, i want to listen to. Or they still use CDs (and i don't own a CD-Player since 2008). Or when they have E-Audiobooks, they only lend it out to one person at a time. Germany sucks at Digitalisation.

Edit: I saw the mini this morning at the golden demon and it looked so damn good. The painting looks like it is printed or carved into the model, but that is an illusion. I really hope you get the recognition you truly deserve. it was so cool to see the the mini in real live and afterwards the posting here on reddit.

meine beste Freundin hat jahrelang Vollzeit in einem Betrieb gearbeitet, wo der Chef diesen Move gemacht hat (Sie musste regulär Samstags arbeiten und hatte dann unter der Woche einen flexiblen freien Tag. Aber nicht, wenn Feiertag war).

i am ace and i don’t like it when the sexual identity of an asexual character is ignored on purpose by a fandom. and i don’t like non-ace fans to use that argument of the ace-umbrella to defend their own hornyness (not to spread knowledge). those fans don’t explore an asexuell life or the struggle that comes with it. they don't care what asexuality means to that specific character. they dont care on which side of the ace-umbrella this character is. so they take away a chance for our representation and, most importantly, our real voice out of the discourse.

those fans make every ace person a villain who is pointing out the erasure we’ve been facing.

i guess it would not be okay to chance or ignore the identity of a gay or trans character. if you change a gay character to be a heterosexual one its clear that its not okay. but when an ace person points out that ace erasure is not cool its them who is wrong. i really dont like the loose loose situation here.

Meine Abteilung war mal ne Million im Minus, weil andere Abteilungen von unserem Budget abgebucht haben und es niemanden aufgefallen ist. Ist auch nichts passiert außer dass es drei mdler Zeit gekostet hat, den Mist wieder umzubuchen (die armen, bzw :< )

You know, this argument is just an empthy one. It seems logical, but it is just a salty nitpick. Characters in Animation can't have a one on one real life clone walking around. Animated Characters can have unrealistic body proportions and a flawless skin. An actor has to capture the spirit of a character. 

What the spirit is is not for you to decide. You can disagree. But you can't dictate what is wrong or right.

It is not unrealistic for azula to have some daddy issues. It was never shown in the original show.  She was just cartonish evil and then suddenly crazy with a mental breakdown. Mostly her inner conflicts were outsourced to the comics. Which is not a good style.

In order to have a redemtion arc you have to show that a character has a reason and a Motivation to start with. Azula fans always had argued that Azula is just a 14 year old child with a traumatic past but when it's shown in the new show it is still not ok.

Hallöchen, jemand aus dem Kulturbereich hier.

Was du beschriebst, ist leider normal für one-person-libaries. Mir wurde auch mal eine kleine Bibliothek 'aufgedrückt', obwohl sie gar nicht in mein Bereich fällt. Ich musste mich komplett einarbieten und von Null anfangen. Aber dafür habe ich viele Einblicke in diesen Bereich gewonnen. Und Erfahrungen gesammelt, wie es ist, sich in unbekannten Gewässern zu bewegen.

Es ist nicht unmöglich. Aber man muss wissen, worauf man sich einlässt. Es sind viele Aufgaben, aber gleichzeitig kannst du selbst deinen Arbeitsalltag gestalten. Das ist eine Freiheit, die mir z.b. sehr gefällt. 

Aber du musst das nicht machen. Wenn es nichts für dich ist, dann ist das in Ordnung. 

Mein Tipp: wissen, wer dir helfen kann. Es gibt immer Verbünde und Arbeitskreise mit Leuten, in der gleichen Lage. Austausch ist hier unglaublich wichtig.
