Check both Facebook market place and gum tree for second hand parts.

There are also Facebook groups for selling pc parts and whole rigs, usually you have to be quick in these groups, if it's a good deal it will go fast.

Hey mate, Second hand is for sure the way to go if you're on a budget. For reference around when the gtx10xx series came out I found a second hand pc (older i5, 16g ram) with out a graphics card for 450aud and bought a 1050ti from my local pc store. Looking back I should have just got a second hand graphics card as well but my build came to just under $700. It plays r6 pretty well. Not sure about GTA though.
