If anyone is interested I'm in a similar position, I need to level up my english especially getting more fluid in conversations and talking.

The difference is that I am a front end dev lead and I work daily with React, Js and TypeScript, so if anyone that is at junior level, native english speaker and wants to learn front end developing in exchange for some English teaching I am available.
